Happy New Year

Happy New Year!

I'm not going to lie--I was asleep last night at midnight! When the ball dropped in New York City, I was sound asleep, drooling on my pillow. I didn't hear my phone beep with text messages, I didn't hear if the neighbors shot fireworks. I'm not even sure if Hank was still awake to ring in the new year.

Hank is cuddled up in my lap, a good way to start the new year, but I know he's really trying to boot me off the computer so he can play Wizard 101! I guess that's my sign to go take a shower and get ready for the gym. Afterall, one of my goals for 2012 is to have killer abs!

I may have missed a toast last night, but I'll raise my coffee mug and say "Happy New Year, here's to 2012....."
